- Angela Christine Isenhower, 46, Manchester, arrested for controlled substance violation, interference with official acts, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance second offense, Nov. 21.

- Samantha Sue Seibert, 33, Manchester, arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, Nov. 15.
- Noah Ryan McGraw, 21, Manchester, arrested for OWI first offense, Nov. 18.
- Todd Allen Ross, 43, Manchester, arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief fifth degree, Nov. 19.
- Robert Scott Wolford Jr., 27, Manchester, arrested for violation of a no-contact order, Nov. 22.
