Police looking for tips after graveyard vandalism

The Manchester Police Department is asking the public for information following a large-scale vandalism incident at the Oakland Cemetery around Aug. 16.

According to Chief James Hauschild, the department received a complaint about damaged headstones, and when officers arrived on scene, they found 29 headstones were damaged or broken. Authorities believe the act of vandalism occurred sometime during the evening of Aug. 15.
