Three local softball players were named to the Iowa Girls Coaches Association All-District Teams.
Junior pitcher Katie Murphy of West Delaware in Class 3A Northeast District along with a pair of Ed-Co players, Nikki Lueken and Tiffany Kruse on the Class 2A Northeast District team.
West Delaware Hawk softball coach, Kevin Schuchmann was named the Class 3A Northeast District Coach of the Year.
